1/4 c. almonds
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. fresh basil
1/2 c. olive oil
pinch ground nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Toast almonds for 5-10 minutes, or until lightly browned. In a food processor, combine toasted almonds with all over ingredients. Process until a coarse paste is formed.
