Aunt Deanna's Gourmet Potatoes
8-10 large cooked potatoes
1/2 c. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. diced onion
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix and pour over cut up potatoes. Bake at 350 and heat through, about 30 minutes.
