Basic Waffles

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. low-fat milk
6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Letter batter sit for 5 minutes before using.
