Pheobe's Shoyu Chicken

3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 chopped clove garlic
chopped fresh ginger

Place chicken in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Mix above ingredients then pour over chicken. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake another 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
